SupportOn-Site Service

If your institution or institute uses our on-site service, specialists from the Computing Centre will provide you with support directly at your workplace. The service is available as a convenient and long-term solution for on-site IT support. It is also possible to make bookings for individual work orders.

Services

Our on-site service includes, but is not limited to, the following offerings:

  • Installation of and support for Windows and Mac clients
  • Installation of and support for workplace printers and multifunctional devices
  • Creating project numbers, Exchange accounts (incl. integration with Outlook), email addresses/email aliases
  • Setting up Wi-Fi via eduroam on diverse devices
  • Administrative management of Active Directory users and computers
  • Administrative management of heiVOL
  • Support with installation and initial configuration of heiBOX, heiCONF, Webex, Microsoft Teams, Office software
  • Remote support with remote maintenance software
