Service Announcement - 02 September 2024Migration from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint SE, 17.09.-18.09.2024

From 17.09.2024, 09:00 to 18.09.2024, 20:00, there will be a migration of the SharePoint service from SharePoint 2016, the version currently in use, to the latest version, SharePoint SE. During the above-mentioned period, the service will not be available. The date stored in SharePoint will not be affected and will continue to be accessible after the migration is complete.

This will affect the Office Online Server service connected to SharePoint, which is used for online editing of Microsoft Office files stored in heiBOX in the browser. Office Online Server will also be unavailable for the duration of the migration. The heiBOX service will not be affected by this outage and will continue to be accessible. In addition, Microsoft Office files stored in heiBOX can still be edited with your locally installed Microsoft Office.
