How-toMobile Printing (Ricoh MyPrint)
With the program add-on mobile printing from Ricoh's pull print solution "MyPrint", you can forward printouts from mobile devices to the central Ricoh print server and then print them on any public printer/copier within the University system. You can send the print files via the “MyPrint” app from “Ricoh Europe PLC” (for iPhone/iPad and Android) and via email.
Printing via the “MyPrint” app from “Ricoh Europe PLC” (for iPhone/iPad and Android)
1. Members of the university can use the app to send files directly from their smartphones/tablets to the Ricoh print server via the mobile gateway. To do this, search for and install the app “MyPrint” from “Ricoh Europe PLC” in the respective app store (iTunes or GooglePlay).
2. Once the app has been installed, the host address of the mobile gateway must be configured and saved as https://myprint.uni-heidelberg.de.
3. Now you have to log in with your Uni ID.
4. The app is now ready and documents can be sent from the smartphone/tablet to the server.
